Q. Is it for recent urine, or will it remove older stains? Like if you just moved in a place that has old urine stains?
A. The PURE solution will work on older stains. You may need to treat old and especially heavy stains several times to remove the odor. The solution can be sprayed on the area (especially under the carpet, if possible) and left to continue working over time. Do not leave for long periods of time when saturating heavily.
Q. Does it cause discoloration on carpet?
A. No. Our all natural solution will not cause discoloration of any surface when used as instructed.
Q. What sort of odor is left behind? Is it a chemical smell?
A. The PURE solution does not have a heavy chemical smell. You might get a faint hint of citrus.
Q. Does it only work for pet urine? Can it help with human urine?
A. Our all natural solution will work on any urine, including human urine.
Q. How many bottles does the concentrate fill?
A. The concentrated solution will fill 16 32 oz bottles.
Q. Is it safe on all types of carpet?
A. Yes, the solution and tool are both safe for all carpet.
Q. Can it be used on any other type of flooring?
A. The all natural PURE solution is safe for any flooring or surface.
Q. Can this product be used in a carpet shampooer?
A. While we do not recommend “shampooing” your carpet. Any soapy cleaner will leave residue that will attract dirt. Our solution is meant to be applied directly to the carpet and left to do it’s work prior to extraction. If the tool you are using has a simple cylindrical hose connector,
Q. Is it safe for my pets and/or family?
A. Yes, our all natural product does not use any harsh or dangerous chemicals. We don’t recommend serving it as a cocktail but it is safe to touch and be around for pets and family and if you do ingest it, it will not harm you.
Q. What makes your extractor better than others available?
A. Our extractor allows faster and more complete extraction by limiting obstacles and open space that interrupts flow.
Q. Can it be used on car upholstery or a child’s car seat?
A. The all natural solution can be used anywhere you need to combat urine. Deep cushions are a bit tricky because of how deep into the thick cushion urine can go.
Q. Does it leave a residue that will make the carpet look dirty and attract more stains?
A. No. Our solution will not attract dirt to it when used as outlined.
